    Hey, Joanna! I have a quick question.
    So, I come from a family of really big eaters, for lack of a better term.
    Basically, we all tend to eat a lot during a meal. Portion control is
    something I seem to be really struggling with. What we eat isn’t
    necessarily bad, per se, but I’m certainly ingesting a lot of calories,
    probably moreso than I need. Trying to eat smaller meals is a real
    challenge for me, because my stomach has been trained to desire large
    amounts of food, and every time I eat a smaller portion than what I’m used
    to, I still feel hungry and I’m tempted to keep eating! Do you have any
    tips for how to retrain my stomach, so to speak, so that I can adjust to
    eating smaller portions and still feeling satisfied rather than gorging
    myself? Thanks in advance, if you respond!
