    He kicked my ass….LOVE IT but i haven’t worked out in YEARS so I’m a
    little sad at the same time because i wasn’t really able to keep up and i
    took extra breaks

    I’m not super fit, I’m about average, but this didn’t do much for me for
    some reason. sweating was extremely minimal, was only out of breath.
