    Excellent video Aaron. I’m 5 ‘ 8 172 pounds. I just eat a balanced diet
    and drink plenty of water. I do a fast paced jog a few times a week. Only 2
    or 3 miles each time. I walk my dog twice a day everyday. This works for
    me.
