What if you could shed more pounds in the next 90 days than you have in the past 3 years?

I’ve been studying weight loss and fitness for the past 16 years and over that time I’ve seen a lot, learned a lot and made a ton of mistakes.

Academically, I have a degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science, have done research at Johns Hopkins, trained over 60 individual clients, written more than 50 articles and produced more than 30 videos. I’ve been featured in DailyCandy, The Washington Post and taught at Rancho La Puerta, Rated Top Destination Spa by Travel + Leisure 2010/2011.

I’ve spoken at Santa Monica College, the American College of Sports Medicine Regional Conference, the Mom’s Club of West Hollywood and numerous other venues.

I’ll stop boring you with media stuff. More importantly, I helped Kim Levine, a successful business leader and mom in her 50’s to lose 100 pounds over the course of 2 years.

I’ve also had the pleasure of helping Nathan Weiner, a guy in his mid-20’s to lose 40 pounds and finally let go of his “fat kid” reputation. After our six months together, Nathan went on to lose another 30 pounds on his own.

I have countless other success stories under my belt. The most important point I’m trying to make here is that I’ve been around the block. I’ve seen trends come and go. I’ve gone through a lot of information and fielded a lot of questions. I’ve worked intimately with people going through the same weight loss struggles as you.

While everyone’s challenges are slightly different, it’s pretty easy to boil down this weight loss thing into a few simple concepts – a cliff notes of sorts.

As with any author, I add my own flavor to the mix. I love yoga, rock climbing and frisbee and like to avoid gyms at all costs.

I have a slim, toned, petite figure, yet I’ll choose chocolate and white wine butter sauces over six pack abs any day. I like broccoli and almond milk too – it’s all about balance.

I wrote this book because I want to share my wisdom with you, and because I want you to lose weight in a way that can work for YOU…in a way that doesn’t suck. I’m not saying you won’t have to be committed to your goal, but let’s make this whole thing as efficient and easy as possible.

The easier it is for you, the quicker you’ll get to your ideal body and the simpler it’ll be for you to enjoy it.
