    This book is packed with useful information on improving your physical, mental and productive capacities to reach a state of wellness. If you want to increase your brain capacity you have to exercise and have a positive attitude. I really like the action plans at the end of each chapter to get you started on your path to success and wellness. The chapter on mastering motivation is very important for anyone wanting stay motivated at reaching goals. I also really liked the chapter on surrounding yourself with the people that pull you up . It is eye opening. Well written and inspiring book. Well done!
