    As a woman and a wife, I need to take care of my body and see to it that I am always on the right shape not only for my husband but for my self as well. I totally agree with the author on this book for saying, “that losing weight is not simply a matter of dieting or exercise but it all depends on the personal drive”. This does not only me provides a variety of diet recipes to choose from but it also reminds me of keeping my goal and that’s to stay fit and healthy.

    Wonderful book! It is not only providing weight watching tips but it also provides many diet recipes that would help you in this. Disliked diet books that gives recipes without any information about the nutritional information in each recipe, this book didn’t fail in that category as it gives the nutritional information about each recipe. It tells you how many calories, fats, carbohydrates, minerals, protein, and dietary fiber a cup of the recipe have.

    This is not a pure Weight Watchers diet book since the author, Steve Collins tells us right up front that we ought to take 3-5 diet plans and mix the meals up, interchanging them. That’s okay by me. It’s also mainly a recipe book for slow cookers with only a little bit of motivation at the beginning. Since I’m a vegetarian, I wouldn’t be using most of these meat oriented recipes but there are a few that look really good like Slow Cooker Bananas Foster and Skinny Spaghetti. I like also how the book includes Nutritional Information, the all important Weight Watchers Points per recipe, Ingredients, and Directions
