    If you are looking for a straightforward guide explain basic concepts about how to lose weight in the right way, this is the book for you because it explains the logic of eating wisely and the need to be disciplined to embark on an exercise regimen. Things we may know in our sub-consciousness and yet never practiced. It’s a good thing that the author is trying to build a consciousness in people about the importance of adopting healthy eating and exercise habits.
