    Do not follow anything from this book. It is more of a generalization, every person and their nutritional needs are different. Better to look for something that fits into your needs. Whether your the avg person or an athelete, look for diets that fit your level of activity, and if needed may look to increase your level of activity. Diet is what you eat not something you do
