    Weight loss, something a large majority of people want to do and NO one finds fun or easy. The Weight Loss Stack 52 is a new twist on losing weight. It has a positive and negative point system to assist you in changing your eating habits. Although the information may not be new to someone who has been on the weight loss journey, it does present it in a new and interesting way. The cards are good reminders and have you focused on the important details needed to lose weight. Each card has instructions and points so they are easy to follow. The website has a wealth of information and walks you through the process. I received my cards at a promotional price in exchange for my honest review. I am looking forward to using this product to boost my weight loss.

    When I try to adjust my habits I do well one or two at a time, but this deck allows me to stay on top of much more by either choosing my cards for the day or just doing the cards I get delt! I can easily track doing something right and; unfortunately, making bad decisions also. The deck includes small changes you can make to an evert day routine that truely make a difference. From brushing teeth after meals to putting utensils down between bites its little suggestiins that make a huge difference and you keep score. Keeping score is the biggest thing for me because it allows me to challenge myself against my previous scores and my friend at work and gives me more accountability l. (We have set a reward of whomever gets the highest score at the end of the month buys the other a new workout shirt ….it is a motivator.) I am absolutely having fun changing my habits with this deck and have managed to pass some of those habits on to my family without them even realizing it (my man thinks I am being romantic eating by candle light.. shhh). I recieved a discount courtesy of stack 52 in order to independently test and review this product and I am thankful they did. I am a penny pinching, food loving 44 year old mom and with no need to caloroe count, the easy to follow instructions, simple score keeping and cards that I can toss right onto my purse and pull out at grocery store or restaurant I am awarding 5 stars.
