    I think I can safely say that this book is more than just about weight loss. The author promises to give you 7 habits that will motivate you to lose weight right. What I know about habits is that they eventually become more than just little things you do. So in a way this book teaches the principles of building great character. Those were great words by a man of great character. With great character very few things can stand in your way when you put your mind to something. Once you have learned these habits you can beat the weight and you will be able to keep it off because of the discipline you will have learned. This is not a very long book because it does not bother with unnecessary information.
