    Being a person who loves to cook luxurious as well as responsible, I give a professional thumbs up to this book. Responsible cooking does not jam well with everyone who hogs onto the taste of their food, but this book has proved my theory wrong. Unlike regular recipe and Diet books, the book focussed, elaborated and explained how important it is to understand what you are cook, perfectly. I cooked lunch today with the Phase 1 dishes with Cheese Trampling and I already feel amazing. The food was not just tasty, but soft and lovely on my stomach.

    It is so hard to know which diet to follow these days. There are so many out there and they all contradict each other. I really loved this book. Easy to read and understand. I love the lists of “what to eat” and “what to avoid” – these lists alone make it worth the purchase of the book! I really like that this diet is broken down into phases. The book contains easy to follow recipes for each phase. There are some great recipes in here. THis is a simple diet to follow so fingers crossed the weight starts falling off.

    I learned a while back that part of the reason I struggle with my weight is those weight loss books were not making ti easy for me to follow along. I would often get burned out or confused from the details, letting me fall back to old habits. This, book was not only easy to understand, it gave me a better understanding of why I keep gaining weight soon after I try new programs.
