    I am not a woman and I am not over 50 so my review maybe is not useful for you, but I will do my best to put myself in those shoes.
    I got this book as a gift and I read it before so that I don’t give a bad gift to the person I love. This book seemed very basic at first: it is short, has few chapters and when you skim it, it looks like it is just basic advice. Actually, it has much more to it than that. Author knows how to present information in clear and understandable way and it is all useful info.
    The target readers for this book are, obviously, women over 50, and from my experience with them, it can be difficult for them to filter out so much information they can get on the Internet. That is why this is a great book – it provides everything they need to take care of themselves, from nutrition and sleep habits to exercise and advice for osteoporosis.
    It pretty much offers exactly what it says in the title and that is why I’m going to give it 5 stars.

    I got this book to assist my mum with losing some weight because she has recently been complaining of knee pain due to the excess weight. This is a well-researched, impeccably put together, valuable set of information and guidance. There are step by step tips provided and a free cookbook with recipes that will help boost the metabolism. My mother especially loved that because she LOVES free stuff. The author explains the benefits of exercise specifically for women over 50 because exercise increases strength and balance which may reduce falls. It is also shown how, through the incorporation of nutritious choices everyone, not only the elderly can win the battle over excess weight gain. There is a bunch of fun and convenient exercises detailed in the book to not only motivate you to get moving but that will inspire you to keep the fitness regimen going. This book will definitely aid women over 50 lead healthier lifestyles; but if you doubt me consult your health care provider before trying the advice given and once you’ve started you will feel better than you have in years.
