    “Weight Loss For Men” is a work of fiction. It is about a man named George who is a loner, has no friends except his cat, and makes his living sitting in front of a computer all day. George orders take-out delivery most days for dinner. One day he notices himself in the mirror and is amazed at the weight he has put on. His rejection by a potential soul mate while on a date spurred George to action. He stumbles across the Lifestyle Diet and begins to use it. He sticks with it and begins to lose weight. George tries again on the dating website and this time is successful. He meets his future bride and they both use the Lifestyle Diet together. Note: There are no recipes for food helps in this book. This was a good enjoyable read.
