    Personally, I’ve always dreamt of having abs. Although this book says that it’s a guide to achieving the abs you’ve been craving for, this book showed me more. Having a fit body with chiseled abs does not really equate to being healthy. This book made me realize the different components that I need to look into to ensure that my body is in its best form – and not just because of the abs. What I like about it is the different and simple exercises that I can try at home, as an office worker who works from 9 to 5, it’s a relief that I can still do easy workouts while meeting deadlines. Highly recommended!
