    There are no shortage of Wheat Free cookbooks on Amazon right now, I should know as I’ve written several reviews on them. I find that they break off into two categories, books focused on helping people understand the concept of living a wheat and gluten free lifestyle, and books full of recipes to help them live in that lifestyle.

    This book has some basics about why you should eat wheat free, but the focus is certainly the recipes. If you’re looking for very in depth info about Gluten free lifestyles, you might be slightly disappointed compared to some of the other guide out there. On the bright side, the book is full of great looking recipes that span from appetizers to dinner to desert. So if you’re looking for a cookbook that fits with a wheat free diet, this book should do quite nicely for you.
