    After reading this I”m ready to head to the store and fill up a cart with veggies and friuts to make juice and find my pre-baby body! I love that there are so many recipes so that I don’t get bored with the same one each and every day. And even better is that you can make countless other drinks if you swap out ingredients; no need to make them completely as-is unless you’re really watching your nutrient intake. I believe that the more fruits and veggies you consume, the better. I don’t count calories, just eat as healthfully as possible.

    I have weight issue for 2 years now and I can’t fit with other diet techniques. My friend once gave me a bottle of smoothie. I was thinking on how she made it. Good thing my mother bought a blender like machine. That maybe a nutribullet. I browsed the net for recipe book for smoothies. Good thing I found this book.. very reliable and i tried some of the recipes and it tastes so good. a good buy for health and weight conscious.
