    In addition to knocking off some weight my doctor recommended I take an active approach to lowering my cholesterol. I really had no idea where to start except for cheerios. I’ve done my homework on the diet and exercise side so I wanted to treat my cholesterol issue the same way and this book really helped out. I had no idea about the differences between HDL and LDL, good and bad cholesterol. Not only that but the book pointed out that my change in diet and exercise habits should take care of most of my cholesterol issues. Highly recommend.

    You will learn in this book that cholesterol is not, all the time, bad for the body. It pays to know cholesterol first and this book was able to do that in a few pages. The foods where bad cholesterol are at most highest in percentage are revealed in this book together with alternative food s (that are much healthier because their cholesterol level is relatively lower) you can buy. It all boils down to self discipline and to eating what is right but yeah, you can certainly learn a lot from this book. The exercises you can do to keep your cholesterol level at bay are amazing!
