    How to get killer curves is well-written and includes information that is healthy and beneficial to woman. Society has a sick and twisted view that being pretty means being outrageously skinny. Roberson took the time to explain how being skinny is not at all healthy, and then went on to offer healthy alternatives to improve looks. Reading about flax seeds, I had no idea how helpful they were and what effects they had on the body. The book also presents multiple other foods and supplements that can be taken. In the chapter regarding breast size, I had never heard of the massaging technique. Although it is a method to improve breast size, it is also extremely healthy to keep good circulation and health in the breast. Overall I would like to commend the author on presenting a helpful book, it is a breath of fresh air.

    I’m not going to lie, I’ve been on a lot of different diets in my life. I’d like to say it’s because I’m testing them out and, in fact, I kind of am, even though I also get tired of them and quickly move on to the next.

    Personally, I need a specific, step-by-step plan for most things, especially when it comes to a diet.

    I was looking for soup recipes when I stumbled at this book. But after reading it I was just blown away, this is not just another recipe book it’s a complete guide for weight loss. It explains how the soup diet works; it touches upon the exercise part as well. And most importantly the soups are yummy I have tried a few.
