    I have been going on a smoothie diet and this is a great book for it. It tells you how to make smoothies, ingredients, and the information about what is in it. It is basically a weight loss guide when you’re on a smoothie diet. I personally love this because I have gotten other books and this one is one of the best at its price and the content that’s in the book. I recommend it to those who are going on a smoothie diet or they’re looking for good weight loss smoothies.

    I’m only 260lb at 1.6m tall and I’m pretty much overweight. I’ve been search for ages to find a weight loss guide to suit my needs but everywhere I went, I couldnt find the right one, but I stumbled upon this guide. To be honest, I really doubted that Smoothies could result in a weight loss. It had changed my perspective of what I could and couldn’t eat that would influence my weight loss. I have never bought anything that has made me disappointed and this is one of them!
