    This book caught my eye because it talks abut the things that so many others forget to mention when looking into the things that encourage us to lose weight. I needed any new suggestions that I could find. Clarissa Richards talked about how this isn’t a quick fix to losing weight and that it takes more than just desire in order to be successful.

    This book covers many different areas to look at creating new healthy habits in order to lose some weight. For example it talks about not only healthy eating and physical activity, but also general habits that can help as well. Suggestions like keeping a food journal, or how sleeping is important to weightloss. There are some unhealthy habits that this book talks about that are real important if you are wanting to lose weight.

    Overall, this is a good book that anyone should read. However, there was no amazing new tip or way of looking at things that made this book my favorite one. This book however is easy to read and understand which is very important to me.
