One of the problems with weight loss products such as DVDs, books, television shows, gym passes and diets is that they motivate you for a limited time; you lose some weight but then you end up gaining the weight back.     If your looking to drop some weight, but have a very difficult time.. I would suggest you pick up a copy of this book. The author layout the fundamentals on how you can actually lose weight with an easy to follow program. Lots of solid weight loss advice is shared throughout the book. Great resource.

    Much more comprehensive that I could have ever hoped for. Why can’t all books be so well structured, laid out and easy to follow. I love the way it starts with orientation on the basics, like portion control and goal setting, works through various exercise types, and ends with the tricks that hopefully will really make the difference (lean meats etc). This is going to be huge for me!

    Some great tips inside on losing weight. 14 pounds in 4 weeks is very achievable for most people if they have a solid plan like you will find inside. As a weight loss coach I see clients overlook these simple tips time and again. Don’t be fooled into thinking these are too easy to work because I have seen them work with clients who were struggling with weight loss. Weight loss isn’t complicated but we like to make it so.
