    Just wasn’t helpful. It only explains. Your better off going another direction. At least it was free for me to rent, or I’d be pissed. I guess you get what you pay for

    I like to read books on topics that are a bit unusual and not
    what many people would be considered to be the norm. I was
    interested in seeing how self hypnosis can help someone in
    their weight loss goals.

    For those with an open mind and willing to branch out from the
    typical weight loss diet fad type of stuff that we all have seen
    time and time again that simply just do not work, I think that they
    have absolutely nothing to lose and a whole lot to gain by giving
    this self hypnosis thing a shot.

    The books an easy read, and gives several paths you can choose
    in getting started with hypnosis.

    I picked this book up because, though a bit concerned about hypnosis, the concept still intrigues me. I am a big believer of affirmation and NLP for mind set development and this book is right line. The Author goes not only into the hypnosis therapy but offiers insight into the why’s of unhealthy food relationship.

    The book is thorough and offers some very good options from hiring a hypnotherapist to doing it yourself which I find more appealing and will more than likely give it a go. Recommend this book to anyone looking for an alternative means to losing weight!!
