    I need to lose a lot of weight and if I don’t lose some fast at first I won’t stick with it. This does seem quite drastic and I don’t know if I will be able to do this. I will try it and come back to tell if I liked it and how much I lost.

    This guide has some really great information for a four week weight loss plan. The author mixes content and examples very well for an easy read. I would suggest this guide for tips on not only weight loss but on how to eat healthy and aviod the pitfalls of the old ways of dieting. Please take the advice that dehydration can be very harmful for an extended period of time!

    Short book – could be even shorter: no carbs – fatty meat &leafy greens….. 24-48hr fasts …exercise, hydrate, all true – and this is time limited – do not go longer than 4 weeks…
