    It is good when I read a book on diets that is real without the fluff and fanfare. Many books exaggerate what can be done but this book is an easy to read and simple to use plan that will have you on track to losing weight. The book explains everything in detail as what to do and how to do it. A good guide that you should pick up if you want to lose weight.
