    I’ve seen the way eating disorders can affect people and it’s never good. This little guide has some very good info and advice on avoiding and preventing an eating disorder before it even becomes a problem.
    It has a good step by step order in how to make sure you are eating enough food and to not let the mental side of it take you over. Good read and some great tips. Recommended if you are having troubles with an eating disorder.

    I never knew that I was until I read this book and I just realized that YES, I have eating disorder. Whenever I feel sad, mad or stress over things I usually eat. I am eating anything I want just to relieve myself from pain or stressed. And of course I eat to give myself a reward too. I just realize that what I do is very unhealthy. Thanks to this book. It is an eye-opener for me. I know it is not that easy but I am in the progress of a putting solution to it.
