    This is a very inspiring book about a determined and persistent mother who found a way to lose weight without a gym membership. It can be done! I actually got this book for my wife, but I read it first and actually felt very inspired. My wife loved it as well. We are both now on the path to a healthier lifestyle and are loving it! I would certainly recommend this book if you have a few pounds to shed and want to do it without leaving the house.

    I love the way the book has been written. Its a weight loss guide in the form of a memoir. The book is helpful and motivating and provides some pretty good pointers that can help you in losing weight. The author makes some pretty interesting revelations and gives some good intelligent advice. We have to change the way we think about eating and do some real planning and exercise rigorous discipline and self control. The author also provides lots of nutritious low fat recipes that you can put to good use. Overall I liked the book.

    This is a very effective guide book on losing weight–especially for busy moms, like me!

    I am so amazed at the way the author chose her words and the way she has presented the over-all content of the book. Very detailed and elaborate–this is how I will describe the contents. Not a gym person myself, I found this very inspiring, so true-to-life that anyone can relate with.

    The courage to lose weight, as presented by book, is also admirable. Overall, this is a great read and I will surely try some of the tips given.
