    I have been wanting to lose weight for a while and I tried a few other diets and nothing seemed to really work. My grandfather actually introduced me to the low carb diet as he had tried it himself. He ended up losing about 40 pounds, so I decided that I would like to try this diet as well. I was happy to find this book as it included a lot of very helpful information on the low card diet. The book was very easy to follow and I found that it worked well. There is a diet plan that will help you to lose 10 pounds in 10 days. I’ve started following the plan and I have already lost some weight. I would recommend this diet and book. It does really work and it works in a quick amount of time.
