    This book encourages me to lose weight and take some exercise to live a healthy lifestyle. Yes, this is just the perfect book that I’ve been searching for. I’m totally convinced that it will help me stay positive and eventually succeed in my health and fitness endeavor. The recipes are very delicious and good for the health.     This book was very insightful for me. I have been wanting to lose weight for some time now and have not been able to do so. This book provides some great tips on how to lose weight by using a high protein diet. It’s honestly something that I never really thought about doing and it’s such a great idea to pursue for losing weight. The book offered some meal ideas on how to eat low carbs with high protein. I also liked the section on counting calories. I never knew how to do so and the tips helped me a lot with my eating habits. Please download this one, it’s well worth the read!!

    To be honest, these days I get bored each time a weight loss book pops up because each always go about silencing or rejecting the other and declaring that theirs is the best solution. Nonetheless, I found this book quite safe and rewarding.

    One thing I found quite alarming was while many books offer weight loss solutions they don’t actually educate us on the importance of maintaining our muscles. I am a victim to this. I have lost a significant amount of weight but afterwards I looked as if I had been sick because I looked too thin. All my muscle mass was depleted. This book offers 20 Low Carb and High Protein Recipes that ensures that while you lose that annoying weight your muscles remain intact and you will still look as healthy as you ought to.

    The recipes are all sumptuous and intrigues the appetite. Though some persons are picky in the foods they eat there are so many options that you will love and don’t have to force to consume. Healthy is never an easy task because some of the foods and products taste really unpleasant. No worries! These recipes are worth the try.
