    Losing weight is not just about watching what you eat but also exercising consistently, good to get both in one place. I had all but given up on trying to lose weight until I read this book. It gave me the kick in the you know what to get started. It is full of common sense and practical advice and best of all you don’t really have to run out and buy a lot of things just to get started. I found the author’s advice on eating very enlightening. Part of my problem has always been eating too much and still feeling hungry afterwards. By following the advice, I’m noticing a difference. I’ve also been taking CLA caps and raspberry ketones (Primaforce Max CLA 180 Softgels + Free 25 Grams Raspberry Ketones Powder) to help control my cravings, helps a lot.

    Bottom-line this isn’t your normal dieting book, more fun than others I’ve read. Another book I’d recommend is 101 Best Foods to Boost Your Metabolism. I’d call it a very nice complement to this one.
