I have tried so many different diets and have had little success.This book focuses on improving your lean muscle mass to fat ratio.     This is a simple, direct no-fluff recipe guide book that details 30 tasty recipes to lose weight. The book is a little ‘no frills’ with no introduction and table of contents but it doesn’t matter because its the quality of the book content that counts. Nicely done!

    Eating healthy never tasted this good!

    A friend of mine the other night referred Author Garry Gnapp’s cookbooks to me after a dinner party. I asked where he got the secret recipes and simply opened his kindle to show me his collection of cookbooks. I checked it out when I got home and needless to say I had to buy the whole collection.

    This particular book deals with Deserts. It is filled with 30 meals that are low in GI and fit for all who choose to try them out at night. In an easy to follow, down to earth fashion this collection of recipes will open your eyes to a new way of eating. Not everything is diet and exercise, it’s eating fit with the right foods that will ultimately shrink the waste line. Author Garry Gnapp has done a marvelous job in creating this cookbook. Can’t wait to share with my friends and family this coming weekend.
