    This has some common sense ideas on how to lose weight. It has everything!!!

    It lists so many different types of diets that I’m sure there will be one for you. I forgot about all of the ways that can work. If there is not a method in this book then something is wrong!!! This is a nice compilation. I can picture someone combining a lot of these to work specifically for them.

    This is also a great go to guide for a nutritionist/diet coach. It’s very in depth.
