      I thought this book was ok. It is informative and easy to understand. Explains why we should chew our food more. It was hard to read parts of this book because of the many grammatical errors, however, I got the gist of it.

      I have heard about this method for along time now I know it from an expert! When I incorporated this in to my regular life and diet I noticed how my food was digested better and I knew that the saliva and chewing work together to break down the foods that we need to be digested correctly for a healthy system. We are sometimes to quick to just gobble everything down whether out of habit or time constraint, either way its not healthy. I definitely have slown down like the Europeans and when I break to eat I break becase I have to learn to care for myself. Chewing does change you in more ways then just 1!

Nice conversational style without being too technical. No upsells or links to products and other annoying stuff I see in so many ebooks.
