    I liked this book because it provides us with a lot of great strategies on how to lose weight permanently. These strategies are described in details and always mentioning the studies that have been made on that subject. I prefer a lot books that have science in it. It isn’t a book that tells you to decrease your food but rather to adjust it. And this is the main reason why I liked it a lot because it says that while some people think that reducing intake of food can be a great way to fight obesity, studies show that this can be a slow way of killing yourself.

    So this is a must read book because it provides you with healthy strategies on how to lose your weight. It shows you how to do workouts, which kinds of food to avoid and many more. I strongly recommend it.
