    This book talked about strategies on losing weight faster but unlike any other diet books I’ve read, this one is different because the strategies focused more on how to have the right mindset to start your journey to getting the proper weight for you. Having the right mindset, I believe is the most important factor in reaching your goals in any aspect. I really like that the author added information about mind exercises, those exercises would effectively give you a positive attitude towards reaching your target weight.
