    Interesting guidebook on weight loss. The author has arranged the information into the foods to avoid and the foods to increase intake if you want to lose weight. The book further breaks down the information into how to eat your healthy foods to increase the rate at which you lose weight. It’s really interesting to know that even the color of your utensils used can have an effect on how much you want to eat. There’s quite a bit of psychology involved here which the author has put down in plain simple terms and that makes it easy for laymen to understand. For people who wish to start losing weight by eating healthily, this is a good book to start.

    A simple book that’s very easy to read and understand. I like the tips written in this book for it is not hard to follow. From having the motivation and the reason for loosing weight. I believe that if we want to loose some body fats, we have to know when to start. For me personally, I cannot start the regimen if I know that occasions like Birthday, 4th of July, Christmas or New Year are coming. It will be very hard to avoid foods. I agree to eat sweet as part of the meal or dessert and not as snacks. I read in this book that a dairy a day will keeps the fats away. I never knew that! Good thing I have read this book. I also use smaller plates when eating and take fruit-infused water as my drinks. Well, I like this book. There are lots of tips that can surely help us if we want to loose some weight.
