    A useful read jam-packed with many tips I never knew before. My interest was consistently intact from the first chapter to the last due to the author’s effort to try and personally relate to the reader with his own journey. It is a nicely, well-rounded book, carrying with it a wide array of information that are sufficient enough to guide the reader on their own fitness journey and accomplish whatever fitness goals they have along the way.

    This is a fantastic book for people who are looking to start their fitness journey. It felt like I was getting professional advice from a friend rather than an intimidating personal trainer who, just thinking about him, would make me cry. Don’t get me wrong, there’s no BS-ing in this book. The author straight out tells you that it will be a difficult thing to get fit and that it requires time and discipline, but he’s also extremely encouraging with a supplementary website to check out for more info and details. Wish I had this to read a few years back when I thought I could get a six pack in a week.

    Also, 50% of the profits from this book goes to charity!
