    I must admit that I have been gaining bellies for the past months because of my vacation. For the past months, I was not doing anything but to sleep and eat. But now, since school is fast approaching, I must do something to bring back my body. I decided to buy this book and now, I am following this Leptin diet cookbook as days passes by.     I come across this book and noticed that Leptin Diet is different from the other diets that I have read. This book will gives you better understanding of losing weight faster in a healthier way. I learned that it controls excessive fat storage and suppresses food cravings. For you to get started you have to learn first the rules in Leptin Diet. There were recommended breakfast, main and snack and slide dishes for you to try on that are easy to prepare and is good to our health. Also, for the fulfillment of your Leptin Diet Plan there should be at least 5 hours every meal. I think I need to practice myself in this kind of diet because I ate a little that’s why I keep on eating because if not my stomach aches.
    This book really sounds good to me. I have plans of trying out some of this meals.
