    I’ve been seeing a lot of books lately about Ketogenic diet. I was so curious about it that’s why I purchased this book. After I read this book, I clearly understand what a Ketogenic diet really is. Now I know the benefits and also the side effects of this diet plan.

    I also love the recipes found on this book! I’ve tried a few already and so far my favorite is the Lazy Bacon-Layered Chicken Breasts. My family loved it as well. I will surely try this diet plan and I’m hoping that this one will work for me.

This can be very helpful for people who have done other kinds of diet plan but failed a couple of times. I also love how the meal plans are made and would like to try this and see for myself how much will I improve in losing weight. I really recommend this book!
