    ! I have been looking for a book like this for a very long time, it literally covers every aspect of losing weight and shows you exactly how to get there. I am highly inspired by your words Mr. Adewola and I thank you for taking the time to write this gem. I would emphatically recommend this book to anyone wanting to really start working at weight loss. I know that I will be trying out every one of your tips as they make sense of the neverending supply of information out there on the internet that we overweight people wade through everyday trying to figure out which way to go ie: Carbs/No Carbs, Fruit/No fruit there are so many myths but this book brings it all into one handy little spot that can and will change our lives if we follow it, I am setting my goals right now and so should you.
