    For those of you that are wondering whether to check this out… go for it. The book basically consists of a simple straight forward routine that the author has done which was successful for him. He keeps it simple and cuts through unnecessary things and shows exactly how he did it.

    This is a “HOW TO” ebook… the author is revealing what he did and thats what is being sold, not the factual information that can obviously be researched. I JUST WANT TO MAKE THAT CLEAR because I am a person that likes to check things out for my self…I almost let these stupid random 1star reviewers hinder my curiosity…

    Inside the book, the author clearly reveals his resources that he used to obtain such knowledge and indicates which sections. Its NOT plagiarism if he is NOT claiming as his own and gives credit to where ever the info was obtained… people really need to think and know what they are saying before they speak… unless there is some type of competition going on or something which would explain the abuse the author is getting.

    The author also has his direct contact information for those that need help or have any questions pertaining to the book. This is part of the reason why I am leaving a review BECAUSE HE ACTUALLY RESPONDED TO MY EMAIL, that right there got my respect… just shows that this guy actually cares and wants people to get results if you follow what he did.

    his first section is his method of burning the weight quick and the second section is the researched information that was resourced to help those that want to read more about this keto stuff.. and its a pretty good guide to have also.

    This author actually put his body to the test and PROVED a solution works… I had doubts about keto but know I am considering strongly! be your own judge and see for self.

    First of all I have to say that the 1 star review of this book wasn’t applicable. The reviewer hasn’t even read the book and the people that commented on his review haven’t either.
    I read the book and I thought that for a first time author it’s pretty good. He doesn’t put all the “fluff” in it that so many books contain. This author gets right to the point and tells you exactly what you need to know to lose weight.
