For example, it has a concise exploration of why detoxification is necessary and a good explanation of why drinking more water helps weight loss. There are a few things that are kind of like what your mother told you, like “chew food slowly”, but the author does a good job of putting them in context.
    There is a very good section on cooking at home using healthy home cooking techniques to replace unhealthy restaurant meals. I was also surprised to learn how getting more sleep may be linked to weight loss.
    There are a couple instances where some words are reversed that changes the meaning (mustard for mayonnaise, and fried for steamed) but that is very minor and could be easily fixed. The pictures are well used for illustrating the weight loss tips.
