    I loved this book. After reading many other patronising diet books I thought Victoria’s clear, realistic and encouraging advice was simple to follow and kept me motivated. This book really strikes a balance between diet, nutritional advice and exercise. The way it drills down into goal setting and accomplishing weight loss really is unique and helped me lose 8 pounds over two weeks. The fact this isn’t a crash diet makes me believe I’ll keep these extra pounds off and lose even more in a sustained and safe way.

    How refreshing! This program is not about sacrificing and depriving oneself in order to lose weight. Victoria gives realistic and sensible changes that still give a bit of wiggle room for indulging in sweets. What I also like is that this plan doesn’t have to require extra cash layouts, as do some diets requiring special foods and supplements.

    She best sums her program up with the statement: “This is not a quick temporary fix.. it’s a planned lifestyle change for longterm success.”

    I’m definitively going to follow Victoria’s program. For the amount of good sensible advice given, this book is well worth the price. I highly recommend it.
