    This book has some good tips on how to build muscle fast. Who doesn’t want to have nice muscles, at least somewhere on their body?

    Tips range from things like having a partner or trainer so that you can be held accountable for achieving your goals each day, to drinking more water, and following a strict meal plan.

    This book is not really about what exercises you should do or what precisely you should be eating, but it does provide some loose guidelines on positive behaviors to follow that will help you achieve your workout goals if you are able to follow them. These include helpful tips on how to work out, what to do in your free time, and a list of foods that are high in protein.

    I would recommend it to people who want to build muscle but don’t know where to start, or people that are trying to get healthier through exercise and are just starting out.
