    Unfortunately, I suffer from high blood pressure and even with slightly high blood pressure, doctors put you on medication which, let’s face it, is a real pain to have to take every day. So when I saw this book, “High Blood Pressure Diet: The Best Recipes To Lower Your Blood Pressure, Lose Weight and Never Gain It Again,” by Barbara Steinhoff Schneider, it really piqued my interest. What I like about this book is that it is easy and simple – no gimmicks or difficult instructions to follow – just eating healthy food and doing the cooking for yourself. I also love the recipes! Having them on hand makes it easier to get started on a diet instead of spending hours online looking for recipes to fit your diet guidelines. If you’re looking for a book that promotes healthy eating, this book is great, not only for those with high blood pressure, but for everyone wanting to get healthy.

    This book “High Blood Pressure Diet: The Best Recipes To Lower Your Blood Pressure, Lose Weight and Never Gain’ is a great place to start when you have been diagnosed with high blood pressure and have decided you want to do something about it. It is helpful, full of logical information and presented in a very useable format; plus it has some very good examples and recipes to follow to help you get started. I found that it is very reader-friendly; was full of details and was very easy to digest. Personally, I highly recommended these rich, feel-good meals that the author Barbara Steinhoff Schneider included in her work. They emphasize not only wholesome nutrition; but loads of FLAVOR and sound completely satisfying. I cannot wait to try them out with my family. I must say that this book is an eye opening warning. Her readers need to see this as a life change and not ‘just another diet’. It’s the only way to have continued health.
