      Who wouldn’t love to have a flatter tummy plus the fact that you don’t have to exercise? I believe all of us. This book is a helpful guide to accomplish a flatter tummy in 7 very easy ways. The suggested fruits, vegetables and menus are amazing too. I have to take note all the fruits and vegetables so that I will have my own copy inside my bag. I have learned that eating almonds can reduce fats too. And from now on I will not skip my Vitamin C intake, because it is a big help in digestion and most probably lose fats in my body. Good book. Thanks to the author.

      Cathy Wilson’s book is a delight to read. It maintains a positive outlook on life and promotes an optimistic approach to weight loss. She sets an achievable goal for the reader, and her confidence in her clientele shows in her diction. She encourages the reader to set a goal and follow four distinct steps for weight loss. The goals are realistic, and her conversational tone with the reader is very encouraging.

      Cathy is a health expert whose vast knowledge base is perfect for a book like this. While there were a few distracting grammatical issues, and I wish she would have cited some of the experts/studies she references in the chapter “Powerful Benefits of Weight Loss,” her positivity is contagious. She also includes sample meals at the end of her chapters and a “my thoughts” section to sum up her feelings on each subject, both of which were insightful.

      Winter always has me looking for new and different (to me) approaches to weight control. Despite my best intents I always seem to gain weight over the holidays and during the winter. I stumbled across Cathy Wilson’s book Weight Loss for Seventeen Days Diet and found it quite interesting.

      Ms. Wilson has taken Dr. Mike Moreno’s 17 Day Diet and provided the reader with a short, concise overview of the program. She provides plenty of detail of what to do on the diet and what to expect during each phase.She also adds her own insight and thoughts about the diet. I found her approach engaging and informative.

      I truly appreciate books like this that let me explore subjects without having to dive full blown into them only to find out I have no interest in the subject. Cathy Wilson’s treatment of the 17 Day Diet has piqued my curiosity and so I am off to purchase the official book by Dr. Moreno.

      If you are curious about this diet, check out this low priced overview. Recommended.

      I really like that the diet changes every 17 days – it keeps a bit of variety to it. It also cleverly gives you what your body needs at each stage and helps you form the habit of better eating which will hopefully help keep the weight off. Yo Yo dieting is such a pain and too much work, and bad for your body. So better to get it right the first time
