    Everything that we do in our lives especially those on a daily basis is already a routine. In that daily routine, it becomes a habit of ours that we unknowingly do.     They say “Motivation is what gets us started. Habit is what keeps us going.” This book is motivational and contains the right habits to lose weight. It teaches you that to successfully change a habit you need to make changes slowly because this will reduce the amount of stress in your life. The more relaxed you are, the easy it is to change. Being healthier makes you more positive and happier and as a result improves your relationships and finance. There are many great new tips in this book that will help you lose weight. I like how the author explains the science behind each tip. This book is well structured and an easy read. There are also negative calorie cheat sheets at the end of the book. I highly recommend this book because it can definitely change your life for the better.
