    Lots of self-published e-books on Amazon that are poorly written or lack of content, imho this is one of them. It’s basically telling you to eat less and move more, the recipes given felt like collages of content from the web. It’s about 10 pages worth of content and haven’t got anything useful from this book, I don’t recommend it.

    Green smoothie recipes is a good source of weight loss green smoothies. I am a fan of greeb smoothies but I always fail to create a delicious so I bought this book. I am worst at cooking but mixing this recipes are easy to do that’s why I give it a try. The recipes are tasty and I can’t feel that there are also veggies in it. Really worth reading and trying.

    As I wanted to cut off my extra weight, I ordered this book. This book covers some fantastic recipes and each of recipes are unique, natural, and will help you to keep in trim. Author Irene Edwanson explained each recipe as professionally as anyone can make them so quickly and smoothly. I am cooking each recipe and eating them to lose my weight alongside my weight loss activities. I already have eliminated my extra weights and feel so fresh. This Weight book has useful to me. I would recommend for this book who wanted to lose weight lost firstly.
