    Don’t waste your money. It’s simple common sense advice that you can pick up from any fitness magazine. In fact, the author based his plan on the Men’s Health magazine diet. Get real advise from someone that actually has a degree in health and fitness, and not just someone who lost weight using someone else’s advice.

    Stefan Pinto takes a no nonsense approach to fitness and it works. He does not teach deprivation! He guides us in making the right food choices and inspires us to have the attitude of success. I have interviewed Stefan on my radio show several times and he really understands the difficulties we face in a fast food world. Since adapting his way of eating, i have never felt deprived or hungry and I don’t fight the battle! I also encourage you to follow him on Facebook where he posts photos of what he eats and offers guidance and inspiration. Thank you Stefan! I don’t have to eat just a sliced tomato for lunch any more!
