    This is a very straight forward book full of practical advice. The author is a certified personal trainer and has real life experience to back up the contents of this book.

    As a weight loss coach I have dealt with many of the myths that Ken debunks in the back of the book. It amazes me to this day that some of those myths still exist but that shows why we need great books like this around to keep educating people on a healthy lifestyle.
