    I thought you were nuts when I first saw the title. After reading through the chapter on metabolism, I started catching on. It really makes sense. Dieting has been very misguided for years.

    This is packed with recipes that are healthy and easy. The pictures are great and the format on Kindle is perfect.

    If your looking for high nutrition and low calories then this is a great cookbook. I have made about 6 dishes so far and each one came out wonderful and delicious.

    I like the phases and the different purposes for each phase. Would highly recommend!

    Incredible after long long time i’m doing a strict diet from my self and my girl too, but never i’ve a plan to how improve and eat more healthier, than plan is in this book, the book itself speech about your metabolism how improve it under study the RMR, (this caught my attention immediately) help you to find your metamolibs rate of curse show you how eat without being hungry all day. the other impressive point is they tell you what kind of supplement can help you and what doesn’t. i reading on my girlfriend kindle and now i bought my own copy. great ebook i love it.
